The units were top-class and the staff were amazingly nice people at the reception desk. The location for Sheffield was great and fab, next to Novotel Sheffield, main attractions and shops and Jimmy's restaurant which served a lovely Turkish meal. Found time to see an art museum, that's within walking distance of the property.

The room was neat and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes, that's cool. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were not particularly helpful. The hotel had a marvellous position, next to many good restaurants.

Stunning location in a particularly nice area really close to a variety of restauarants, Winter Garden, Millennium Gallery, Peace Gardens, City Hall, and train station and shopping area and good set of restaurants. 10 minutes walk from National Emergency Services Museum.

We truly enjoyed this affordable hotel, nothing to complain about. Got cheap, neat room with breakfast. We did not want to leave there and would stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and gorgeous, I liked almost everything.
I was upgraded to well-designed single room with a lovely large bed. A lounge, a storage, and a kettle available were an advantage.
